So, I'm pretty new to this whole blogging thing. Thought it might be fun to blog about my days, sorta keep a diary so to speak. SOOOOOO, Here goes...lol
Today started out good. Took Nicklaus to school which he was pretty excited to go today. I guess when the kids have field trips its pretty exciting to them. Came back to the house to pick up my hubby and we headed to the Venitucci Pumpkin Farm. We met Nicks class there, Thought we were late, but we actually got there before they did. It was fun walking around with the kids. Hubby had a hard time with is crutches up and down the dirt hills. We got to see the Chickens, Roosters, Horses, the BIG DADDY Pig, Picked Potatos, Pealed Bean Pods to get the seeds out, then off to the Pumpkin Patch. Helped Nick and Zayviar pick out thier pumpkins. Nicks weighed in at 14.5 lbs. Zayviar's was 10 lbs. The kids had to be able to carry out thier own pumpkins so they had to get ones that they were able to carry on their own. If the family wanted extra pumpkins they are $ .40 a pound. Looks like we are going back tomorrow to get a few more.
Left there and went to post so my hubby could turn in is forms from the Dr. Hopefully he can stay back a couple more weeks so his foot can heal properly. The Dr. has put him on crutches for about 2-3 weeks, then into a cam walker boot after that.
Got the kiddos from school then off to walmart to get stuff for Dinner and a few extra things.
Sitting down to dinner, relax and watch some tv.
